Common questions

HaloFLEX™ works with all infrared saunas. It should not be used in steam rooms or high-humidity traditional saunas.

It’s designed for dry enclosed spaces up to 65 sq ft when placed on the floor, or up to 95 sq ft when placed on a shelf.

Yes - in dry, protected settings such as a screened patio, covered porch, tent or protected wellness area. It is not intended for windy, wet or fully open outdoor spaces.

Each session is pre-programmed for 15 minutes and shuts off automatically. You can also create personalized protocols to fit your routine.

Up to 16 sessions, or approximately 4 hours of runtime.
